Out of all the characters on Prison break, It was TEABAG, the child rapist, psychopath, was the one who got the most female fan male and women writing how much they love him.

Charle Manson, 82 year old, former cult leader and known criminal was getting tons of pussy mail from women and has a 26 year old wife.

Ted Bundy who killed plenty of women was getting panties and tons of women writing him love notes in prison even after it came out that he killed tons of women.

The guy who shot up the movie theatres where several men sacrificed their life protecting their GF's ends up getting mad letters, nudes and panties from women begging for him to fuck them.

Meeks a guy who ends up being arrested for carrying a firearm had tons of women chasing and wanting to fuck him. They even had women tracking down what date he would be released from his 2 year sentence in prison.

I think the answer tothis question is very complicated and we can't just sum it up in one comment. There are crazy women of course but I think it's not just that.
The rational mind of women and the instincts that are subconscious that have control over how attracted she is to a guy how turned on she is are often opposite so many girls just follow their instincts and are extremely horny for guys who rational people might not understand.

Honestly I don't think that I fully understand women and probably never will but I think this evolutionairy problem that the instincts who are controlled by the oldest and most primitive part of the brain can affect or overrule our rational mind especially when it comes to sexual things is one of the reasons.
Fame of course also makes guy more attractive and the media can't wait to cover people like this.

Also maybe the taboo that you're actually into a killer that most peoplewould find shocking or repulsive maybe makes it hotter for these women I don't know. People are weird I guess.

But yes I think we should keep in mind that a lot of women don't have good character just like many guys don't. I don't know

Well it's actually a mental health syndrome. It's called Bonnie and Clyde syndrome (named after the famous couple of course.). Basically it's women who are turned on by criminals. Many of these women do end up having a bad story for instance a woman in Australia was killed with an axe by her husband (a former convicted murderer) . Not all women have it though.

Women who are attracted to men like this are often kind of messed up themselves. Or they have a fetish for that sort of thing. Women do have fetishes a plenty, they're just not always the same as men. The cause of it could be any number of things, really. Some women may like the sort of control such relationships give them. They're free, the man is not, and they have some power the man does not. Some women may want to "fix" such men. Some women may be taking of the different sexual priorities women have and amping them up to very unhealthy levels. Regardless, it's definitely not all women. If it is any consolation, it turns out that Manson's would be bride, Afton Elaine "Star" Burton, only wanted him so she could claim his corpsewhen he finally died and then stuff and exhibit it as a museum piece.
