Ok so i consider myself straight, I've always been into dudes, I've never had a crush on a girl in school, I've never had romantic feelings for a girl, i don't crush on female celebrities, but i wouldn't turn a girl away if it was purely for sexual reasons. I think i might have this mindset because when i was a kid, me and my girl cousins used to touch each other (TMI but oral/scissoring was our main thing, yeah we were naughty kids -_- lol) so i kinda know what its like to be sexual with girls and it wasn't bad at all. So even with that I've grown up to be emotionally and romantically attracted ONLY to males. But in a sexual sense, if an opportunity arose i WOULD probably be sexual with a women again, but i would never date or marry a women because i just don't feel a romantic connection with them, i don't fangirl over women, i don't get butterflies with them, this only happens with males for me.

So I'm curious, with this information would someone still categorize me as bisexual? I don't know, i feel like you're only bi if you have romantic connections with both genders and would actually date and marry both, not just have sex with them, but i want to know what everyone else thinks about this. i think there's definitely a difference between sex and romantic feelings. Of course sometimes they go hand in hand too but i think they can also be separate.

Also, I've been hearing a lot lately people saying that most women (some say even ALL women) are actually bisexual, well could it be that most women are actually just like me? where they are more likey to have sex with women, but not actually date them or marry them? and they still only have romantic feelings for men? maybe women are just more (sexually) open to be with the same gender than guys are, but it doesn't mean that they want to be romantically involved with girls? I don't think that really makes them bisexual if its purely sex and not actually romantic or emotional. I might be wrong though, what do you think?

Being bisexual deals only with SEXUAL attraction, romantic attraction by definition has nothing to do with it. And if you would rather sleep with a girl you are literally far closer to being lesbian than straight, that is basic semantics.
