I'm 15. I have a 10 almost 11 year old sister. She looks like she's Anorexic and is super skinny and barely has any boobs and a baby face. We had Easter brunch at my house earlier today and it was just me, my sister, my other sister who's 7 (what's funny is she's more developed than the 10 year old and taller than her) and my parents. My parents went to my aunts house for Easter dinner and took my 7 year old sister with them. They left me at home because my 10 year old sister has an anxiety disorder and gets panic attacks around a lot of people (all my relatives were gonna be there) and told us we can order some pizza if the place is open or eat what's in the fridge.
Anyways, I heard really loud music from her room and bad singing. She was singing closer by chainsmokers at the top of her lungs and I walked in there to yell at her and I saw her iPad on her dresser with periscope on and her in her underwear and a sports bra bouncing on her bed singing. I screamed what the hell are you doing and she screamed at me to get out of her room. I grabbed her iPad and she went into my room and got my prom dress and threatened to throw it in the mud if I don't give her the iPad back. She then found her iPod on the table and went to her room and started screaming the words to deep throat and I went in there and took both the iPod and speaker. She took my prom dress outside and threw it in the mud and I locked her out of the house. I've been trying to call my parents but they won't answer their phones. What do I do? I am so pissed!!! I don't want to let her back in the house and that prom dress was expensive! My parents also won't believe that she was stripping and will probably take her side. I don't know how to convince them! I hate my life and I hate my sister!! She can sit out there all night!

either 1: it is innocent behavior she picked up from media such as tv or the internet, in which case, she has to be calmly but firmly taught that it is inappropriate and it has to be explained why. remember, prepubescent do not ha e the capacity to understand the difference between sexual behavior and regular play. that is something that develops as they approach puberty.

2. there is a chance it is an expression of sexual behavior, in which case, you ha e to explore the origins of the maladaptive behavior. was she abused? was she around people who were abused? was she exposed to pornography or erotica? the effect of exposure to pornography is different from the effect of exposure to filler material in films where teens are stripping, by the way. in most movies, stripping is made to express either recklessness of a teen, or expression and exploration of adolescent sexual behaviors, while the porn is directly aimed at arousal.

Honestly by the way... your home environment does not strike me as healthy, based in that description alone. prepubescent years are extremely sensitive. these are the years when foundations of who people become are built. I mean a 10 year old yelling about deep throating? Stripping KNOWING what the act is? You need to know where all this comes from. Understand that kids typically, but not always, have lesser capacity to reason than older people. they are driven more by instinct and values taught by the environment, typically the household. If you want to help her, find out where this stuff comes from. The worst case is that she has been involved in child abuse and does not comprehend it was wrong. And quite frankly, child abuse is common, and unreported child abuse, even more so. Also, tell your parents. Before she does. keep the iPad. it should have a browser history. And streaming services usually have a log.

Uh, she's breaking the law? Why is this hard? Kids can't strip on camera. It's one of the most illegal things. Keep her iPad. She could get in serious legal trouble. As well as the perverts telling her to do it. Wait until you can tell your parents and let them deal with it. Or I guess if you really hate her you can always call the cops and maybe get her arrested? But I doubt it. They'd probably just arrest anyone watching the stream. But she was still distributing it? Would a ten year old get in trouble for that? I'm not a lawyer. Just wait for your parents.

She probably would have to go to welfare services. she can't be arrested for it. but welfare services seems like the right thing to do. at 10 years old, values formation isn't too hard to save. but you need an authority figure.
