I would look at the mature metal website they have a kit you can buy for getting proper measurements for fitting a device. for your first device you can find cheaper stainless steel ones on Amazon. Don't get plastic as I have had them actually split on me causing discomfort. And don't get chrome as the chrome can flake off and cause irritation.
