Attraction is subjective, in that one person's view of beauty, is totally opposite to someone else's. Also, I believe attraction is not just based on looks alone as in facial features and body structure, but how someone acts, walks, carries themselves. But I do think that people are attracted to the OVERALL look first, since that is usually the first sense that is triggered is sight. As well, I would say women can get sexually aroused by physical appearance as well. They just don't show it as much.

I agree that we can't get aroused just by looking at handsome men. I only partially agree with the idea that women like handsome men, because it's always a plus but personality and the way he treats us trumps looks by a long shot. Also, we don't instantly feel attracted to a man, we have to build a friendship or emotional connection first.
