Why do I shake my legs everytime I have an orgasm?

So, everytime when I'm masturbating and have an orgasm it's like I lose control over my legs, they keep shaking for almost 1 minute after I'm done, is it normal? Why does it happen? I don't know if it happens when you're having sex (I don't plan to have sex so soon), is it any different?

  • It just means you're having great orgasms. Most of the women I've been with were like that at least sometimes, and quite a few were like that normally.

As a guy, I love leaving a girl with the quakes and rubbery legs - it means I've done my job.

  • Because while masturbating or having sex, you build up tension in your muscles, and all that tension releases after you have the orgasm. That is maybe why your legs shake

  • It's completely normal! It happens to me too. At first, I though it was abnormal but I realized it's not. And yes, this happens during sex too but a lot more is happening so you really don't notice as much.

  • It's normal :) when you orgasm a huge variety of things happen including involuntary muscle contractions/spasms.
It can happen when you're having sex too.

Don't worry too much and just enjoy it!

  • That's how your body reacts to that. It's a positive thing, it means you enjoyed it a lot

  • yes, same thing might happen when you have sex if you find the right guy that can do that. plus sometimes it's a sign that you are going to squirt or having a powerful orgams. but all orgams are different.

  • lol, I knew it! girls masturbate. I think it'd probably be normal but search on Google and use incognito on chrome or delete your search history.

    • oh sorry I didn't mean for my answer to be unhelpful assuming you disliked it? I was serious.

    • I wasn't the one who disliked your opinion but it was not helpful at all, I don't watch pornography.

    • okay, I'm sorry. I can't delete it right now but I will once I'm on PC.

  • it's normal but I can't remember the word

  • 1 minute is too long, maximum 10 or 15 seconds.
And its because your blood pressure or heart pumping rises to the point where your veins or arteries feel an enormous jerk to tremble, sometimes its also cose of muscle tension

    • in my medical opinion,1 minute is far too more

    • No, you're right I may have exaggerated. They stop shaking after 15 or 20 seconds but only relax totally after at least 1 minute.

    • then its normal I know, its difficult to keep track of time in these situations 😅

  • that is a totally normal reaction. Not everyone does it, but many women do.

  • If they start shaking don't stop. Keep doing it until you orgasm.

  • I do that too

  • Its normal for some females to do that

  • same thing happens to mean think it's common

    • natallie can you follower me be cool to chat

  • just one orgasm or more?

    • For most of them. I can have multiple orgasms but they're way weaker than the first.

    • oh cool

  • i'm guessing because your muscle are relaxing afterwords.

  • Shake legs, because your muscles work for orgasme, it's normal
