Oral as a form of capital punishment for crimes?

Question

In a discussion I had with some girl friends and a guy friend last night, we were talking about how to get paid for receiving head besides the obvious porn star and prostitution approaches and such, and it led to another discussion about whether it was justified to make criminals give oral to both male and females for severe/certain crimes. Like take for an example rape, if a rapist who took advantage of someone like full out and the rapist forced another to have sex with them, would it be fair to say make that rapist give head to a bunch of other people as a way to correct them and show them what they did was wrong? We got to this because as someone ended up suggesting that the job in question is someone specific would be paid to receive head to help punish.
Now there are some flaws such as health and where the money comes from. So let's assume for the moment that system is implemented perfectly. There are no health risks for either party, it's 100% safe for both people, the money is not taken from the government, the criminal in question has done something incredibly wrong (they didn't steal from a grocery store and is now expected to blow a dude or whatever. They are rapists or have done something severe enough to justify the punishment) and the criminal would always dislike the act. Just from a moral standpoint, do you think this is a fair and just punishment? And a ditto question, would you love to be employed as the person who receives head from these people? I'm genuinely curious.
Personally I'm kinda iffy myself on whether it is fair to make people do this, even if what they did is severe. (But I would absolutely love to do that job, I won't lie.)

okay so even If we consider to give the above said punishment to a rapist.. it should be made sure it's given by someone from the similar gender (p. s. women are also found guilty of such henious act and not just men) So Yes.. if it's done to them by someone from the same gender as of the criminal.. I support such a punishment! And I personally would love to do the job :)

I think when a rapist goes to prison they already are forced to suck cock and get ass fucked. It all happens for free and it doesn't put that added burden on the tax payers.

Umm... no. To me that devalues sex in the first place when I feel like sex should be a positive thing. I do agree that a rapist should have his dick cut off tho

no its not fair its barbaric and uncivilized. actual real rapists who are proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to have forcibly raped another should just be executed.
