Do you have nocturnal sex dreams? If so, roughly how many times a month (30 days)?

I'm referring to "month" because I know that many women tend to have less consistent libidos throughout the month.

For example, one might have sex dreams every day for the week they ovulate, but none at any other time. So if I asked by week, then she'd say "zero" which would seem like she has none, but in reality she's still having 7 sex dreams a month. So she'd select "5-8 sex dreams".

The second part of the answer is for guys and girls who have consistent libido): A guy who has sex dreams between once every 3 days to once every 6 days would select the same as the above woman ("5-8 sex dreams per month /// on average, between once every 3 days to once every 6 days").

for guys, sex dreams are mostly "wet dreams" . They are called that way because you ejaculate while sleeping. And that only happens like once a week IF you did not have any type. of sexual intercourse (even masturbation). You can have sex dreams even if you dont ejaculate but those only happen at random. times and usually if you have been horny all day.

I experience them almost always when I dont masturbate (or have sex) for more than 6-7 days. I never ejaculate in real life, when experiencing such dream. When I dont orgasm for longer time, they get really intense.

it's kinda weird but I can lucid dream, that mean I can control my dreams and manipulate them and I often get wet dreams.
