Why do girls Say they're better at controlling themselves than guys are?

I've seen it time and time again, "all guys are jerks", "guys can't control themselves", "guys are so easily distracted".
Now this i dont really mind because it may be true, may not depending on the guy.
The part that annoys me is when girls say "girls are better at controlling themselves" and "girls are just as horny"

Men are constantly being deminised for this behaviour in society which i agree is wring, but then to have a girl judge and say girls are better is obsurd.
did it never occur to girls that maybe its not your better at controlling yourself but you have much less desire than the guy?
if its a pattern seen in only 1 gender, it makes you wondering if every girl on the planet is super good at controlling themselves or men desire sex snd women as a whole a lot more...

These are all things men know are wrong but *choose* to do anyway. That has nothing to do with desire and everything to do with not respecting other people.

Not many guys do a lot of the things you said, its only a very small amount. As as for why women dont do it, how many women even actually have to lift a finger to have want to talk to them or date them. Women are literally desired and given special treatment their whole lives. The only attention guys get is when they earn or achieve something.

I was explaining the difference? Women are desired, men desire. Mens desire and love in turn if he's worthy makes her reciprocate feelings. This is a well known fact of our species

I must admit I don't know the actual statistics, but you can try to look for it if you really are curious: comparison between the quantity of woman sexually harassed by man vs man sexually harassed by woman. men : women cheating ratio, etc. I have other explanations - ask again if you want.

Yes, it could be one of the reasons (example: I don't most women would feel aroused if they see a guy who suddenly naked in front of them lol). Some other possible explanations are: 1. women has been taught not to express their desire towards the opposite sex easily (if a guy sleep around with lots of girl he could be proud and tell his friends, if a girl sleep with lots of guy, society would call her slut, cheap, easy, and stuff like that - although it depend on where she lives).

From evolutionary & biology perspectives: both gender could catch on std, but women get pregnant and has to care for the child, while men are free to walk away (if the guy is a jerk) and he won't have any physical disadvantage if he sleep with lots of girl (I hope you get what "disadvantage" I'm talking about here). So it is wise if a woman choose one responsible partner whom she could trust and nurture their. children together, rather than expressing her sexual desire and sleep around as often as a man do. 3. Another thing is, we have individual differences here. Not everyone - regardless of gender, have a high/low sex drive and would express it. I have known some women who are expressive with their sexual desire and would sleep with any guy they considered attractive. I also know some guy who wouldn't look at another woman but their girlfriend, let alone having sexual desire towards those women he saw on public.

Exactly and women say they feel the same way but are better at controlling/ hiding it when in my opinion its more to men feeling stronger desire

Even when girls do feel it really strong, we can control it and distract ourselves with other things. It's biology. Men have less control because their goal is to spread their seed with as much women as possible. Women have more control because if we were to fuck every guy we wanted we could end up pregnant to much, which was dangerous in the past.
