So, here's the deal. When a woman is aroused, her vagina naturally lengthens and prepares itself to have a penis inserted. Pretty much every vagina can expand enough for a baby to come out. The vagina will expand to take in any size penis, then contract back immediately.

Her intentions are good and her overall message is good, but on this issue, there are simply some errors. It's quite unusual for women to be able to have intercourse without their hymen tearing, for example. She states that it can be stretched or pushed out of the way, but it simply doesn't work that way, as most any gynecologist can explain. It's true that some women were naturally born with very small hymens (meaning the vaginal opening is barely restricted by their "barely there" hymen), while others have only a very small hole and a greatly restricted opening.
