Like 10-15 minutes usually on a normal day, but if he's been drinking or is otherwise intoxicated, it can take much longer and I'll keep trying until my jaw can't take it anymore, upwards of 45 minutes or an hour. Sometimes he finishes in that time, others I'll 'give up' because my jaw needs to rest and we have sex instead, or he stops me to have sex instead because he knows the bj isn't going to work for him that time around.
