Why do I miss my fwb?

Why do I miss my fwb? I don't get it. So me and friends with benefits been f-buddies since my sophomore year ( I'm a senior now, he graduated last yr) but anyways we stopped talking in like June of last year I ended up getting into a relationship and I am trying to b faithful but for some reason I really miss my fwb.. and I know if I talk to my friends with benefits again then my relationship is going to be over. I don't know what to do :( HELP ME PLEASE!
