How do you know if a girl is having a real orgasm?

How do you know if a girl is having a real orgasm or faking it? If she is squirming around, breathing heavier and heavier, getting wetter, grabbing you tighter and her body is getting hotter is this a good sign? Might sound like a dumb question but I would like to know that I'm pleasing her

When I use my fingers and move to her clit that is when she moves around a lot more and starts swetting and getting hot and when it seems to get too much she will grab my hand that I'm using and sort of push it away from her sensitive areas

  • Every woman is different just because one woman you were with moaned and had body convolutions doesn't mean the next girl will. for most women they get extremely wet, they moan, they have muscle spasms in the vagina (which you may or may not be able to feel), they may moan, arch their back, they may have slight body convolutions.   • You just gotta trust her. Honestly, if someone wants to orgasm they will. A lot of girls don't because they don't take the time to figure out their own bodies.
