Nope, never.

I only give head in relationships. I know some girls give head instead of sex, but unless I'm exclusive with you, I won't give you head but I might have sex with you. In my opinion, sex is something mutually pleasurable for both parties. Head is giving pleasure to someone else and the only pleasure you get is to see them happy. Head seems more intimate to me and I reserve it for boyfriends only. (granted I don't throw around sex either, but I NEVER give head outside of relationships).
