Boyfriend says I'm 'insatiable' after spending the night at his place?

I spent the night at his house and much of the evening was spent fooling around, including sleeping together. We were discussing thsi morning while cuddling that it was fun and he said that he never would've expected me to do something new that I tried and he seemed to love. After saying that, he said that I'm 'insatiable'. What did he mean by calling me insatiable?
