I've only done it about five times on my own, it's hard for me to squirt, you have to be totally relaxed and in the moment.   yes it can occur only with fingering and stimulation of G-spot inside of vagina. I sometimes stick my finger to her vagina but her liquid generally goes out as leak or small shedding.   The time that it drenched the lounge was when I was fingered. The majority of the time, it's a small little squirt, and happens multiple times if I keep going.   I'm not too sure. I'm still trying to understand it myself. I mentioned earlier that I sometimes "gush", and other times "squirt". Maybe she gushed rather than squirted? Basically during orgasm, the vagina needs to get rid of some of the vasoconstriction that occurs, which is done through osmosis, some of the liquid from the blood drains through the vaginal walls...in the form of squirting or gushing, and contractions. I find that I squirt (a fine, high pressured stream of clear liquid) when I've had a lot of clitoral stimulation, then penetration. The clitoris is infact connected to the g-spot, it is the same piece of tissue actually! so as the clitoris is stimulated, the g-spot swells, and the skenes gland fills with fluid, from the blood congestion, which eventually results in a huge squirt.   I actually dont know what it is, haha. But I can tell you what mine is like. It is about 2 inches in my vagina, on the pubic bone side of the vaginal wall, as oppose to the bum side...if that makes sense. It feels a bit textured, bumpy, but soft. But during intense arousal, it fills with blood and swells more and becomes quite sensitive, and it stimulated properly, can evoke an orgasm, with contractions followed by squirting or gushing. When I am aroused, yes, I feel a pulse like sensation down there. But during an orgasm, there is much more than a pulse, the whole vaginal wall/cannal will literally contract, like the muscles are involuntarilly squeazing then releasing repeatitively, and rapidly, then it slows down, and fades out. The pelvic floor muscles contract aswell, including the anus. It feels really pleasurable. I hope that has answered your question.
