I'm a pale southern european girl, which basically means that I am pale when everyone is tanned, and I'm even more pale (ghostly even) when other people are pale.
So yeah. Even when I'm at my tannest point I can see the veins, mostly on the inside of my forearms and on my thighs, also on the places you described, EVEN on my chin (right below my mouth)
And I don't care? What options do I have? Fake tan? Apply foundation on my arms and legs? Oh hell no.
I do use concealer on my chin, but it is just because the green of the veins give my skin a weird shade that makes me look like I have a patch of shaven beard (maybe it's just me, but well)
I have a normal physique, not fat not skinny, so I guess this is just really skin colour related.
I don't care. And honestly, any guy who said something on the line of "oh seeing your veins is so gross" would make me consider him a shallow jerk, as it isn't really that much of a thing.

Personally, women with pale skin and visible veins are the most beautiful. I love the way it looks, it`s like contemplating a work of Art.
I think the question isn't targeted towards the veins that pop out but the veins where the colour is really evident...If that is the case you may want to make a little update or whatever. :p Anyway you can see my veins really badly on my wrists. They go all the way up to what I call my elbow pit :p haha And when I'm cold my legs get really veiny. You can also see the faint blue veins in my hands and on my breasts (some days it is more noticeable than others. My boyfriend doesn't mind. It's just something that makes me a bit different and I'm still healthy right? I think if the guy is the right guy then he will embrace you and your colourful veins. :)
I love big veins on guys running down their biceps. It makes them look even more muscular and manly!
Sometimes you can see the veins a lot in my feet and hands but it doesn't bother me or my boyfriend. I knew someone though who had strange skin and she was almost anorexic, you could see nearly every vein like her skin was thin and it looked really weird. But she never had trouble getting guys so it doesn't really bother guys it seems.
I say this only to make my point. I've been fortunate enough to "spend time" with many "girls". First, with most females you can see the veins in their breast, by that I mean the greenish blue color through their skin. Although boobs are great to look at and touch, they serve another purpose and for that reason they must have a great deal of veins to take away the blood that supplied the nutrients to make milk. Also, it is the norm for girls and guys to have the coloration of their veins show through their forearms, necks etc. especially if those parts aren't colored by the melanin production from the sun or tanning. Generally their veins show particularly if they have low body fat. Sounds like you're in shape and not sporting a tan. You're fine. Don't overanylize yourself!!
If someone hands me a hundred dollar bill, I don't complain if it's a little wrinkled. Just the same, if some girl is showing me her boobs, I'm not going to complain about a vein or two. Anyone who does has their priorities WAY out of whack.

I don't know how it would be a turn off... I've never met a girl where you couldn't see some form of vein.

It is a major turn on. Pale girls and seeing her veins, for some reason is a major turn on and never understood why, but I don't really look into my weirdness because everybody has a form of it, mine is just different and that is what makes the world an fun place is everybodies different tastes.

To me, it's a turn-on as long as they're not protruding from the skin an unhealthy amount. My veins are very apparent on my hands, arms and feet so I would hope no girl would be turned off by mine either.
One of the most unique things about my ex's body were the veins showing on her lower belly. She wasn't skinny, either.
I don't see a problem with this one bit. You're human, you are alive.. you have blood pumping through your body. It's natural and we don't need any cosmetic thing to pop up to try and "fix" this... >_<
No, I could care less. A beautiful face is more important :) But if she needs to see some sun I'd probably mention it haha, we could go to the beach together or something.

I am as pale as Snow White, I have this, and I love the way I am. No one now, or ever, will change that.
i'd say it's beautiful to look at but turn-off for sex, coz it's too delicate - referring to those pale women, who show more veins than average.
Not so much a thing about pale skin. Many people seem to have them closer to the surface.
A lot of guys have answered that it is o big deal to see a vein or two. But in actuality, with many people you can see LOTS of veins. It is not just a vein or two on the boobs. It can be a case of veins all over the boy being very noticeable. It can get to the point that it is distracting. But if you like the girl you overlook it, and over time, you will still notice it but it is no big deal.
It is much better than seeing them above the skin. That's usually indicative of severe trauma.
Well if she has veins showing on her forehead, wouldn't that be kind of a turn off? I mean, it's weird. Like a big blue vein just on her forehead.

Doesn't matter to me. But I was bulimic and for a lot of years you could see a lot of my veins.
