I sometimes have sex with my girlfriend but I ways use condom because I firmly believe that another precautions and contraceptives weren't accurrate enough so I would rather wear condom. But my penis and testicles pain after the cum, I had thought that semen congested in the semen way so semen wasn't ejaculated completely. In that case I feel burning sensation in my testicles and penis. I use Durex condom brand, everything was going normally but aftercum pain gets me worried... Reservoir tip usually sags and I generally fill the 1/6 part of condom... Can I have an allergy against the latex? What is the main reason of pain? It's quite an elusive problem so I didn't solve it... Help needed...

Maybe you should try a different brand. There could be something in that brand of condom that just don't agree with your goober. I wouldn't say not to use latex until you've tried another brand. Over time I got to where I couldn't use the brand of tampons that had used for years, but once I tried another brand I was fine. You just never know, it could be anything.

If it only happens when you use a condom, then you could be allergic though I believe that comes with a rash. If you constantly have pain even when you're not using the condom then you could have an STI or something more serious in which you should visit the doctors.

No it sometimes happens, I always use condom during the sex, she rarely take a pill or birth control tablets but it's very rarely... So I can't compare with that situations. Plus, it doesn't happen when I f*cking her vagina, throughout the precum time, but my testicles pain when I cum. I think that overload semen charge suddenly reveals in result, reservoir tip can't resist it. Maybe an allergy can occur but I am strictly sure about no STD because we always have safe sex.

Could be allergic to the type of condom. Have you thought about trying a different type? Might be helpful for you.
