Apologises for the crude question girls but there's no easy way to ask this.. Does any of you girls get a smelly vagina after your partner has came inside you a lot over a few days? Me and my girlfriend have sex a lot and when we have sex a few times a day and i cum inside her, her vagina starts to smell like fish over the next few days? Do any of you girls get this to? Is anything we can do to sort this because it stops me going down on her! We both have no STIs or and are both clear of all infections including thrush etc Im starting to think my sperm doesn't agree with her vagina?

Yes, it happens if I don't shower right after. Like if I wait until the morning to take a shower and we have sex at night the smell can linger for a couple of hours.
It's because the pH of semen is around 7.2-7.8 and it can strongly disrupt the vaginal environment (which has a pH of 3.8-4.5 naturally).

It sounds like your girlfriend has bacterial vaginosis (BV) though if the smell is fishy or lingering for multiple days and not just the day after sex. I've had it before (I think from giving a blowjob with candy and letting him enter me after even though his penis LOOKED clean it has to be 100% clean of any sugar or anything like that). It isn't contagious or anything (well.. it's contagious between women I believe, but men can't get it) it's just that the bad bacteria in the vagina feed off of a higher pH than the good. If she has BV it's going to have to be treated with antibiotics. When I had it the doctor gave me MetroGel to clear it up which kills all the bacteria but there are home remedies as well such as hydrogen peroxide (kills bad bacteria) and plain yogurt (replenishes good bacteria). The vagina is it's own ecosystem and putting various things in it can really screw it up.

So yeah, you guys go like 2 days without sex and just have her wash immediately after (try just splashing it with apple cider vinegar/peroxide on the outside to kill the bad stuffs) and if that doesn't clear it up she'll probably need to see a doctor who can give her some antibiotics which will clear it up in about 5 days. Also, remember to have a very clean penis when you enter her. Even things like flavored lube or if she gives you a blowjob and has been chewing gum and you don't clean the penis afterward or fingering her with dirty hands can insert new bacteria to the vagina so keep everything clean before you guys have sexy time.

@emmabee11 - I think it was implied that his girlfriend didn't ALWAYS smell like this. If it's a new smell it's a good idea that she get checked out. When i was younger, my vagina was very healthy and clean. It didn't matter how much cum was up in there, it would always smell good. When i was 29, my boyfriend was cheating and gave me this disgusting infection called trichomoniasis.
