I am a connoisseur of the female breast, and like very many men I prefer smaller breasts because they connote vibrant youth while big breasts have become boring. Be clear, the main thing is not the size but the esthetic virtue of their shape, tone, and the nipples. Are the areola a nice color? Do the nipples protrude a bit when cold? You are slim, and I'd think you likely have a beautiful derriere as well. Um mmmm! Frankly, if only I could see you nude it would make my day. If you currently have sex, you should closely trim you pubic area.
Everyone has issues about their body image during their teen years, but most are too timid to speak openly about it, and it is too early for you to get distressed about your breast size. They will grow later, either by nature or by pregnancy. If you still think big breasts are cool in 10 years, you can get breast implants (and it is a mystery why so many women want to ruin perfectly good and beautiful breasts in such a way), but by then I think you will be a confidant and mature woman.
For now, though, enjoy your unique beauty. Breast aficianados like myself will appreciate it too, only we won't make so much noise about it, just quietly admire.

You're underage, so please take this as a platonic statement. Your boobs are fine. That's a great size for someone who is skinny.
But here's a life lesson for you. Some people will love your boobs. Some guys may think they are too small. Some will not have a preference. Your boobs are something you have little control over. Therefore, it's pointless to worry about it. AS they say "those who mind, don't matter, and those who matter don't mind".
Tell them to mind their own breast and talk to someone who wants to hear their crap? Who does that? They are losers don't listen to them.
Some boobs are big and some boobs are small. Just the way it is.
Be lucky that you have smaller boobs because when busty girls get older their boobs start to sag. Yours won't. Plus, you really should learn to love the body you have since you only get one.
Yeah it's normal...I'm almost 30 and I'm a 32A...I'm skinny too...my sister is chubby and is 16 has bigger breasts...they are just sacs of fat...if you gain weight they'll get bigger

Breast size doesn't matter at all except if it actually is a marker for lactation isufficiency (exceptionally small or tubular breasts). Google it online to see what those look like, you should instantly see the difference. 'Just small' breasts aren't like that.
