My Story

All men are insecure at one point trust me. Since i was 16, I was always 7 inches ( for the longest i thought that was average.) But then it would go down. Like some days it will be like 6.5 or less. I'm too young for this s!@#. But its true. It made me sad; I'm like whats going on? So I did research. Eating is as huge as everything else. It can effect your size but it effects your performance more. Which is important; can't have a big dick and not perform (no sense). I'm not saying completely go vegan because meat holds proteins that can help you go longer then by just eating fruits and vegetables . But too much can slow you down. Salt and sugar intake is huge, because those are things that can affect you the most. So try to consume as little as you can.

Water alone can help you out. Water keeps your muscles hydrated so you can you can use them and perform longer, and it also helps with blood circulation (which is key). So always try to drink a minimal(min) of 1 ounce for every 2 pounds, and do more than the minimum for quicker and better results. And a side note: I started drinking water and ate what I wanted. Just drinking water canceled my urge for sweets and jumk, juice and pop (never was too big on pop.) I just had to force myself to eat more vegetable and fruits.

3. Control and abstinence (mainly porn and masturbation)

Masturbating is cool and it actually helps with endurance for sex, and it's also stress reliever. But too much of that and porn can have a negative effect. The brain gives off this thing (I'm calling it that because I forgot the name and don't want to look it up but please do so you can have full info) that sends signals to the penis saying "get hard." At first it gives off a lot but as time goes on it starts to decrease the amount, which gives you softer erections and even shorter. It does that because you're getting to use to the signals.

So try going 2 months with out beating. Shoot, go 2 weeks and you'll see progress, and it will make you want to go longer. Quitting porn alone will help you (I know this will be hard trust me; I was going three times a day between sex. Its harder then exercising and dieting together.)

Quick tip: Masturbate an hour before sex; it will make you last longer because its harder to climax a second time in a short amount of time.

I'm not going to get too deep in this one, because everything else is all you need to get bigger but this help speed up the process.

My final thoughts

I've been doing this for three years and i went from 7 inches to 8.75 (9 on a good day) (avg is 5.5 to 6 inches). And girth went from 4.3 to a little over 6inches.(avg is 4.5). That's huge. Not only did all of this get me a bigger dick but I'm more fit, healthy, I look better, and my risk of disease lowered. Perks perks perks. Its going to take time because this is a complete lifestyle change. I've been through many trials and errors. It work for me. It will work for you.

  • Jelqing's effectiveness is controversial.

    The buried penis due to fat is not. It's well understood. Your penis isn't floating on your body, it's attached to your bone structure. Lay down fat around your base, and you are burying your penis in fat.

    • Jelqing is a little controversial but its effective. Some say that because it take time, i mean months to see results. And even thought it may add on a little length. It mainly is use to get an harder erection

  • this is all BS.. the size of your penis is all based on genetics.. you can give the ILLUSION of it looking bigger by losing fat around the pubic area, but it doesn't actually grow

    • And its not to physically grow your penis but to push to your maximum size. And yes you can make it bigger. Maybe not in length but in girth. Like for example a arm. The length is genetics. But you can get a bigger are by lifting weights to grow your muscles. Thats why i say do your research. But most men can achieve maximum length that most men havnt seen yet.
