It sucks living with a woman's body. Women face them everyday. Men just don't know about the struggles that women have to face every day to keep the body clean, healthy, and attractive. Here are the reasons why having a female body really sucks. Men, be grateful that you are born male. You do not want a female body.
1. Breasts
The ptosis of the breasts is the natural result of the aging process. Many things in life can influence the rate at which the breasts age -- cigarette smoking, number of pregnancies, gravity, higher body mass index, larger bra cup size, significant weight gain and loss, and post-menopausal loss of skin elasticity. To preserve the longevity of youthful breasts, women should avoid smoking, marriage, gaining too much fat weight in a short period of time, and losing too much fat weight in a short period of time. Eating a balanced diet, avoiding too much alcohol consumption (high-calorie), and avoiding smoking must be maintained permanently. Marriage (to have children) is fine. Women may have to sacrifice the youthfulness of their breasts for the sake of having children. As marriage is intended to be forever, women don't have to worry about finding a mate anymore, because their husbands will love them regardless of the breasts they have, and mothers would probably want to help daughters focus on healthy lifestyle habits to preserve the youthfulness of the breasts.
Some things about breasts are difficult to control. For example, the environment is usually beyond people's control. Environmental pollutants can be breathed in and be accumulated in breast milk. Then, mothers would be feeding harmful toxins to their babies. Mothers who have bloodborne pathogens in their system may not breastfeed their babies, because the breastmilk may contain the pathogen. As a result, the baby may have to be nourished through cow's milk, baby formula, or the milk from a wet nurse. As the number of sexual partners increases, so does the likelihood of contracting a pathogen. To prevent contracting a pathogen, it may be best to limit sexual partners, be extremely selective about the sexual partner, or be virginal until marriage.
2. Menstruation
Healthy, non-pregnant women should have a normal, regular menstrual flow. The menstrual flow must be normal and regular, allowing the endometrium to replenish. Only human females lose so much blood during their menstrual period, compared to other species. The first two days would have the heaviest flow, and then the flow gradually stops. Some spotting may occur afterwards, but that's usually due to the dried blood. During this time period, women have to use sanitary napkins (pads) or tampons to prevent the blood from spilling or spreading toward the rest of the clothing. Inserting tampons (or pretty much anything) is a tricky process, so some women just use pads. They are easier to use and do not tear or stretch the vaginal corona or hymen.
Menstruation is costly on the body. Part of what the woman eats goes toward building a biological nest, but some of the nest is reabsorbed and some of it disposed. Malnourished, starving women (regardless of whether they are extremely thin or extremely fat) may struggle in obtaining nutrients for themselves, let alone building a nest. The non-menopausal cessation of menstruation may lead to infertility and even endometrial cancer.
3. Menopause
Menopause comes to women in their forties, fifties, or sixties. And women may spend almost half their lifetime in this post-reproductive stage. Skin loses elasticity. Everything starts sagging. Hair grows white. Senses deteriorate. Although it is possible to slow down aging, aging is inevitable, and the next step to aging is death. In the mass media, women past reproductive age become invisible, so they use tricks (beauty products, hair dyes, facelifts, etc.) to make them appear younger than they actually are. So, if you look at an older woman's face, she may look relatively young, but if you look at her hands, then her hands may look very old and wrinkly. But that's okay. Western culture doesn't put much emphasis on the hands anyway; most Westerners just care about the face.
4. Reproduction
Women bear most of the reproductive burden. They have to build the nest and carry the eggs. Both activities take up resources. While women have to maintain extremely healthy lifestyle habits for the growing baby, men can smoke (as long as the behavior doesn't pollute the air, which may affect the health of the baby), drink alcohol in massive quantities, and eat junk food all day. The damages done only hurt their own bodies, not the bodies of their offspring.
5. Inability To Build Muscles As Fast As Men
Female bodybuilders just can't build muscles as fast as men. And when they do become very muscular, they lose their femininity. So, many female bodybuilders get breast implants to appear more feminine, despite all the muscularity.
For men and women who do not weight-lift, men tend to have more muscle mass than women and thus are stronger than women. However, a woman that weight-lifts may be stronger (and more useful) than a couch-potato man. Women really are the weaker sex. They have to work twice as hard to get the level of strength that men are born with.
6. Bras
Bras promote body modesty, elicit sexual arousal from men, and shape the breasts to fit a desirable mold. They do not prevent sagging breasts. But all women in Western societies and Westernizing societies must wear these bras to look modest and sexy at the same time. Fortunately, women can go braless during the cold, winter months, because no one can tell what they're wearing underneath.
7. Expectation To Look Feminine
Women are expected to look feminine. Some women are naturally predisposed to feminine things, like make-up and jewelry and fancy outfits. Some women and female-bodied people are not interested in feminine things. But all female-bodied people are still expected to look feminine. Females are expected to look a certain way and act a certain way, and all this is believed to be "self-explanatory" or "intuitive". It would be nice to read a little handbook on "how to be more ladylike" just to fit into society and reduce the amount of harassment of acting on gender transgressions, but such an authoritative handbook doesn't exist, or different writers would have different opinions on ladylike behavior, thereby complicating the subject. Therefore, females would probably be better off with conforming to the minimum standard of femininity, which is dressing themselves as plainly as possible, talking plainly, and acting plainly.
8. No Aim During Urination
Women have a shorter urethra than men. Even men with short penises have longer urethras than women. In the wild, it really does not matter where you pee. But in the toilet, it really does matter. This is one area where men really have an advantage. With a penis, men can practice their aim. Women cannot. Instead, women have to sit on the toilet, which may have urine residue left by men. Normal urine is supposed to be clean and harmless, but a woman may never know if she sits on the toilet seat with urine residue on top left over by a sick man.
9. Shorter Urethra
Another disadvantage of having a shorter urethra is that a shorter urethra means a higher likelihood of contracting urinary tract infections. Men can get UTIs, but their likelihood is much less than women's, thanks to a longer urethra and penis.
