So, did you ever find it? Me and my bf started experimenting about 2 years ago, and he could never get into a comfortable enough position to use his finger himself. After you have your finger fully inserted, curl your finger towards your belly (the same motion used to signal someone to come to you). That should work, but I'm not sure you could get your finger deep enough and get the right angle at the same time.
