I think with the way the media depicts women, all logic has gone out of the window. I used to be called fat at school because my hips were a lot wider than some other girls but I've been a gymnast since I was 6 so I know that I'm not overweight or anything, but it leaves doubt in my mind. Same way, I'm sure, with slim women who have less curves may feel they are less womanly sometimes.
I think men will always have their preferences and for that reason thankfully no woman will ever feel left out :) Although I do hope some men like a curvaceous figures because otherwise I'm shit out of luck ;)

I think lumping all white men in one category and saying they dont like curves isn't an accurate portrayal of what they like. Some men prefer breast, others thighs, and other butts. Some men like curveless bodies. Some like curvy bodies. That way all body types gets some loving!
I'm pretty sure the majority of men of any race prefer curves of some kind on women. I don't know why you'd think race has got anything to do with it though.

The percentage of white men that find curves unattractive is probably the same as the percentage of any man that finds curves unattractive; it doesn't depend on race, at least not that I know of. The girl I'm dating has an amazing body, and that's obviously not why I'm dating her, but I find it very very attractive. I have also found skinny girls attractive. It just isn't something thats based on race.
