What boob size is considered average for a 13-15 year old?

No specific boob size is set for a specific age. Every girl has their own maturing phase, some mature way faster, having bigger boobs, while others are late bloomers, small boobs which might grow bigger. Also it depends on your genes. Say suppose your Mom, aunt, grandma, sister or anyone in your family have small boobs you're likely to have it too if you have those genes. For example Me. I'm an A cup because of both the factors: late bloomers and genes.
And I forgot to mention it also depends on your body structure and shape, which indirectly depends on genes too.

That's my size :) I'm 14 too! I think their small though, but my boyfriend still loves them :p he says they're perfect hahaha so yes, guys like small boobs too lol boob size doesn't actually matter to them. It's all about the whole package :) not just the pretty box it comes in (your appearance)

I’m not really sure. I guess it can vary. I’m a 14 year old Chinese girl and I’m a 30DD (UK) which is a 30D in the USA (I think?) I guess everyone is different because we are still growing. Some people bloom early and some late. I wouldn’t worry about it too much :)

Anything from almost none to DD. Seriously. Some girls go big early and some go big late, Same with small early or small late. Regardless of size, there will be a bunch of folks that like whatever form they take. In other words, it's nothing to stress over unless they turn into gigantic things that hurt your back to carry around all the time.

You're in the big gray zone of life. Boobs will show up, and grow to whatever size they grow, on their own schedule and it's totally normal.

At 14 you are normal, remember girls develop later than guys, and some women develop later than their peers. Don't worry about it, I am sure you will grow more you still have several years left of growing, if not enjoy your small size, you won't have to worry about back pain from large breasts (among other things).

In my opinion, that is perfect. There is too much concentration on big boobs now a days and not enough on smaller. You are on the smaller side, but there is nothing wrong with it.

Breast size changes and varies so much in that period of growth that an average breast size is pretty much useless.

There isn't an average. Every girl is different and genetics plays a big part in this. Look at your mother and grandmothers and you'll see what awaits you most probably.

I'm 32aa and I have friends who are 34d. It really varies. I'd say most girls at my school are b or c cups though.

The average is not known because interestingly, seemingly nobody has ever actually studied this. But you're well within normal range and probably quite close to average.

well an A cup is the smallest cup size but you are only young, you're not fully developed till late teens to early 20's. Everyone grows at different rates so there is no average, i mean you can have 14 year olds with D cups then some that are barely A cups. Usually you can tell what size you'd be by looking at other female blood relatives.
