It depends on the guy. Personally, I find dark nipples really attractive, as long as they aren't too big, pointy or puffy and light ones are more of a turn off.
I like them to stand out in terms of colour and think they look better when they're darker - lighter ones or ones too close to the girl's skin tone turn me off, as they hardly look like they're even there.
