It's a plus to a lot of girls. Variance across all spectrums though. Some women can't accommodate a larger guy, and some women can handle smaller men. Race can play a large factor in that. At 16 you should not be worried about a penis of 6.5 inches, as that is the average penis size for a fully grown man. As a male does not stop growing until they are about 20-21 years old, it is likely to get a little longer. So yes this is a good size and you should be happy with it, as remember it could have been smaller :)
