Is it normal to be shaking / trembling when texting ur crush?

I notice everytime I text my crush my heart beats very fast I tremble and I get afraid of looking at my phone it won't happen when it's someone else but him. Why is this like my hands shake and I have to calm down for it to stop. Last time it happned it took me 20 min to stop. When he didn't reply and took a little long for him to reply. I can't see him cause we live in diffrent zip codes but we can manage to see eachother I just wonder how can I get over this. If this is only texting and not in person. I can't imagine what it would be like when I actually see him if I ever do

I think it's normal it happens to me alllll the time... You are just happy/nervous/excited to talk to him so it elevates your heart rate (I'm not a scientist so I don't know how that's related but, somehow they are)... It goes away after awhile once you are comfortable around him and you know him better

I was kidding... People usually only hyperventilate from excessive crying or panic attacks as far as I know... But, if you are actually worried about hyperventilating (highly unlikely) then just remember to take deep breaths and not to get too nervous and don't start to freak out and panic.

This also happens to me along with hyperventilating, rapid heart beating, being unable to sleep, feeling extremely energized despite sleep deprivation (I can’t sleep for more than 4 hours rn and I don't know why), and sweating. I feel like this is not normal, it doesn’t happen in person just over texts and at home thankfully, but that almost makes it more weird.
