Do you have to use lotion or lube for a hand job? Or can you just go about doing that without anything? Just curious.

No lube at all is needed or even desired, unless the guy's penis has been mutilated by being circumcised. A circumcised penis usually does not have the skin required for free movement of the penis within.

yeah anything wet or slippery would work. or better yet start off with a blowjob and get him all lubed up and then start with the handjob and repeat the blowing as necessary. ;)
