don't worry, you can't damage anything serious just by sticking your finger halfway in.

you probably did it too fast or cut yourself with the fingernails, that can happen even if they are quite short. it may hurt when you go to the toilet but should go away after a couple of days.

You prolly weren't properly lubricated. next time make you use a silicone based lube because your body absorbs the water base lube quickly. and go slow. you prolly irritated the area and it cause a small amount of blood. but dont be turned off about it just do alil research

It's just a tiny scratch and it will heal. You need to use a lot more lubrication. Your anus doesn't lubricate itself the way your vagina does. Get some real lube, use plenty of it, take your time and don't stick it in right away, and it shouldn't happen again.
