Hardness? To the touch or do you mean just completely erected: because those are 2 different things.

I don't like dicks that feel really hard to the touch. That's why I spend way too much cash on toys. The cheaper ones are too hard. My vagina is far to sensitive for hard as rock dicks and dildos.   @Asker of course that's important. Because it's essential for penetration to be completely erect. A soft dick doesn't go in smoothly and it might even hurt a bit when a guy is trying to push it in anyway.

  @Asker it depends... I have never been with a guy who's dick didn't get completely hard. But there's a difference in not being hard and having such a big dick that gravity does it's work, a huge cock weighs more than an average cock. So of course it will not stand as erectly as the average penis, but that doesn't mean it's not fully erect! There's a bigger chance that natural big breast start hanging than with small breasts. Weight.. gravity.. same principles with dicks and balls.
