I'm 23 and all of my life I've been a shooter. I could ejaculate 5 times in a single day if I wanted and each time I would shoot. I started talking to this girl in the past week and then all of a sudden, just a couple of days ago when I masturbated and ejaculated I ended up dribbling instead of shooting. The last couple times I've ejaculated each time I've been dribbling.. A lot of cum still comes out.. It's not so much the normalcy of it, but more about it just randomly happening and going from one extreme to the next when I've never been a dribbler before. And it oddly happen right when I started talking to a girl. Which I've been happily living the single life for the past 3 years.. Not sure if it's physical reaction to being nervous about having sex for the first time in years or if it's a permanent change. If you used to fire away and now don't... it could be a number of things. Diet is one, injury is another.

I understand that, but to see this change literally come out of nowhere surprises me. Literally, just a week ago I could shoot to the ceiling. Now, I can't even shoot 5 inches. That's a drastic change and is what has caused me to be concerned.
