Retrograde ejaculation is generally seen as a health problem at least in the west. To quote the Wikipedia link you provided "In retrograde ejaculation, these bladder neck muscles are either very weak or the nerves controlling the muscles have become damaged". Forcing the sphincter open may not be safe. I don't know if it's safe or not but I don't think I'd recommend girls randomly do this to their bfs to avoid cleaning up with some tissues/paper napkins.
