The statistics people are referring to are for the most part useless since majority of the measurements where Self measured. This means that the individuals can lie about their size, and also since each person dont measure exactly the same way there is a lot of room for error.
To get real data one would need a doctor to examine a large subset of individuals from each race, and use the same measurement method for each person.
So based on this, the "black guys have bigger dicks and Asian guys have smaller ones" is just a myth, there is nothing to support this. The stereotype came from slavery days since blacks where compared with animals by slavetraders, that they had lesser IQ and higher sex drives, and along with that came the large penis myth.
Also before anyone says Asians are smaller in overall bodysize, thats mainly because of nutrition, and they have been growing taller for each generation for a while now, the Asians born today with health and nutrition compared to the west will probably grow to similar height on average as Africans and europeans. Eventually it will happen at least.
This is one of those dumb myths/stereotypes, right along with "Asians can't drive but they are good at math". Secondly not every guy in the world has been measured, so once again, this is just going off hearsay.
Bottom line, its not true, secondly you can google and find that the worlds largest is a White guy

Just because black men have a reputation for being well hung, doesn't mean that every woman in the world thinks all white men are small, or not big enough. There is a great degree of variance throughout every race. What is more concerning is when men need to emphasise to such a degree the size of their manhood. There is more to life than a penis, no matter how big or small.

I don't believe that is true in all circumstances at all. My first boyfriend was reasonably well-endowed, but he had all kinds of confidence issues, including his sexual prowess. I never complained, but what I said rarely had any positive impact no matter how supportive. I do believe that it is a mental construct that guys have to get past. Your penis doesn't define you, and I cannot speak for other people, but I wouldn't define someone based on that attribute. When my friends ask what my boyfriend is like, I never have the urge to say "He's got mahoosive man-parts". =)

Yea kind of Im like 7% native American but mostly white im really muscular and play football so I heard that the lower body fat percentage the less fat that cover your penis so yea im between 8 and 9 closer to 9 but I never thought of that as big lol I heard uncircumcised men are more bigger because of the trauma at birth and I wasn't circumcisized as a baby but I was circumsized when I was 13 by choice do maybe that has something to do with it

On average, black guys are a good bit bigger. It isn't a definite rule though. White guys can be big and black guys can be small. Most girls know better than to stereotype all guys.

I read somewhere that their average statistically is only up to an inch more than other races, but the real difference is that they have far less extreme outliers than other races and the dots are usually cluttered right at the average.. while in other races there are more outliers and the dots aren't cluttered at the average.
also, in that study, none of the black participants had a smaller than world-wide average penis.
And I've read statistics that showed White guys as the biggest, point is it doesn't matter and secondly there's no "definitive proof" because not every guy has been measured
