Can you get pregnant if you're not ovulating?

My bf and I have been talking about how we want a baby. I'm no on my ovulation yet but he says he has cum in me.. and once he has pulled out and came but I put it right back in. (Can I get pregnant that way?) Last two days Iv been feeling a tickle ish feeling in my uterus and a bit of cramps and today i do feel a bit sick. I have a couple more weeks till my cycle so that can't be it. I wasn't ovulating both times he came in me. Is it possible since I want a baby so bad this may be a conplete mental thing, or is it possible that I'm really pregnant?

Second, women can get pregnant any time in their cycle. Sperm lives in the body for up to 5 days so as long as you ovulate sometime in there you have a good chance.

Most likely a mental thing, but he is righ that sperm can survive for some time ( up to ~5 days in the womb), so if it's right before ovulation you can get pregnant because th sperm survives until the time you start ovulating and THEN fertilizes the egg.
So it IS possible in theory. But i don't think you'd feel anything so early in the pregnancy.
