I have a personal pocket dimension that I keep it in, otherwise our world might explode due to it's flaccid size.

It just kind of hangs down to the right or left of the seam. As long as the pants aren't too tight all hangs nicely.
For an interesting history lesson look up 'prince Albert' pearcing. Originally the pearcing was to hold the penus in the right place for wearing fashionable navy pants back in the day.

Depends on the size of the soft penis. Some penises completely deflate. Some just hang and dangle. If it just hangs and dangles, it goes into one of the pant legs along with a leg. If it completely deflates, it's most comfortable separated from the scrotum and facing up, next to the lower belly.
