I am 17 years old, and throughout my life I have neglected masturbating. I only masturbate twice a week maximum. Its because i can't reach the point of ejaculation, which is supposed to be the fun part. But when im very aroused, i produce LOTS of precum. And thats it. I stay erect and lubticated with precum, but never ejaculate. However, when this happens, I usually get a wet dream and wake up with loads of cum all over my boxers. Soo why can I only produce with wet dreams, but not while i masturbate?

That's strange, but nothing unheard of, I'm pretty sure about that ;) I for that matter would love to produce a lot of precum like you do (except I produce very little of it and nothing seems to be able to change that). So don't be embarrassed about the precum part. As for the lack of climax I suggest using a different grip. Some examples: if you've only used a single hand, use both (if your length allows for it, put them on top of each other, otherwise grab your penis into both of your hands); if you've only used your right hand, try using your left; if you've stimulated the whole shaft, try stimulating only the glans (or vice versa); if you've masturbated with your hand pointing upwards, try masturbating with your hand pointing downwards; if you're circumcised, use more lubrication than before; if you're uncircumcised, pull on your foreskin more when masturbating; push on the top (or bottom or both) part of the base of your penis. In addition to that you could try some additional stimulus to really get going: try fondling your balls, pinching your nipples, probing your anus, perhaps use a vacuum pump on your manhood. Also make sure to stimulate your penis as long as you can (be it hours). Hopefully your penis will respond to this stimulus and you'll orgasm in no time.
If none of the tips from above help, then that doctor will be necessary I'm afraid. But let it remain as the last option ;)

Thanks for your answer. I've thought of that as I do find the traditional way of masturbating too boring for me. I'll look up some other ways and ill see what happens :).
