Alright so I'm pretty fair, but my penis is really black. i dont know why is it sooo dark. say on a scale of 1~10 1 Is an African dark penis and 10 is super white penis. My penis lands on 3. And my skin color say at 6. . How do i make it fair. and does it matter that its dark.
