  OK I'll reveal my technique, it's quite simple but takes a lot of mind/focus (to keep from getting an erection) I simply insert my testicles into my abdomen (the same place where they descended from at birth) than wrap the excess scrotal skin around both sides of my p3n! s and hold it in place with medical/first aid tape. In this configuration the penis cannot become erect and only the tip of the p3n! s is visible. Once I'm all ready to go I simply alternate between stimulating the space between my butt and p3n! s and rubbing the tip of my penis like it was clitoris. Unlike normal jerking off where you would normally have a throbbing erection than semen release, since their is no throbbing/erection you just get a built up of energy till it gets to the point it's released throughout you body.

  @Dargil It's quite safe if done correctly. Opinion owner Orgasms are different, normally it would be just an intense erection followed by semen release than it's over, where with this method, instead of getting an erection you get a build up of energy/pleasure. As the pleasure/energy builds your body slowly gets tense and shaky and towards the height/end of all this instead of getting the feeling your getting ready to release semen you get the feeling you haft to pee really bad. Once you do get all the way to the end semen is released but differently. The semen isn't released like water coming out of a squirt gun where it has force, instead the semen comes out like water coming out of a garden hose, a continuous stream with no pressure. Normally when your done with jerking off that's it and you go back to doing thing you normally do, but with this method by the time your all done, their is no going back to doing normal things as your sooooo drained of energy and exhausted.
