There doesn't seem to be any rule about this in my experience.
Some are tight, some are not,
The size of her body outside doesn't affect the tightness of the inside.
I have dated quite a few girls.
Two of them were very similar sized, about 110 pounds.
One was the loosest I ever had, and the other was the tightest.
But it didn't matter, I came quite nicely with both.

So, since the vagina is essentially a muscle, it also means it can be trained. It won't make it tighter, per see, but it increases muscle strength and controll, letting the girl grip around the guy and thus feel tighter.
