My experience is that "blue balls" is more mental than anything else. Because it's not like I'm having an orgasm and then she stops me. That would literally be blue balls, but what we are talking about most often is frustration over being stopped in the middle of foreplay.

I will say that in either case, if a girl stopped me, I would never talk to her again. When you are engaged in sexual activity, part of that scenario is being committed to that person.
