Have you had a lot of sex? You can usually tell based on their reactions and responses (kinda have to average it out, no pun intended) whether or not you're big enough, and this I think you would notice if you're penis is really too small. If it fits in like every girl and you can have intercourse for relatively long periods of time without it slipping out, then it's probably fine. If it slips out a lot and you can't manage to keep it in now matter how hard you try and this is with multiple girls, then it's probably too small. I don't think I have a small penis but it sounds about the same as yours?
