I know its normal for a guys penis to get hard especially whenever your around your girlfriend but its kinda embarrassing when you've only been a few weeks with her. It's normal, there's not much you could really do. I had a boyfriend once who would always get a boner whenever I hugged him, slow danced with him, cuddled with him, etc. but it never bothered me - I was flattered by it.

And we were only dating for a few weeks as well at that point. But some girls can be close-minded about that stuff, so I don't know if your girlfriend is open-minded about it or not. She should understand that it's a normal response and something you really can't control.
