Swollen vagina after being fingered?

(Long post) So I was at my boyfriends house, and he fingered me. This is the first time he has ever made me orgasm, but not the first time I've been fingered. It hurt (not a lot) but it usually does bc I'm tight so I didn't say anything. I had like another baby orgasm and then almost another but we stopped, and i began to give him a blow. I left his house about 5-10 minutes after he cummed. He left the room to go to the bathroom & i was like adjusting my underwear & buttoning my jeans back up, but my vaginal lips like wouldn't stay down? So i was like okay this is really weird...& it hurt to walk. When I got home, I checked it out. It appeared that my lips were swollen, aswell as like around the opening. I read a lot of things and many people suggested a lukewarm bath/shower, which I plan on doing later tonight. I was able to urinate but it hurt a little. Afterwards, I rubbed lukewarm water around & the swelling seemed to have gone down a little. I've seen people say this can happen for many reasons, someone said a female blue balls which would make sense but seems unlikely. Could my cherry have popped and caused my vagina to swell, although I didn't bleed? He was a little rough, so I think that's the most likely cause and he could've torn something, but is it possible I could have an infection? I have no one to drive me to a doctor without my mom knowing... I'm kinda worried, I'll be checking my discharge but I don't know I'm just scared, in pain and need help! Thank you :)
