What do girls think when they see a guy with 'puffy nipples'?

Apparently 1/3 of the male population has puffy nipples at some point in their life. I am one of them. I am an 18 year old male - link - that has puffy nipples. I have never been with a girl before, and a contributing reason to this is insecurity about my body. Oh wow! Do I not sound like a girl? Anyway, what do girls think honestly when they see a guy with them? I'm beyond embarrassed because unless I am cold / they are stimulated somehow, they are just puffy hell. They're the most feminine things I have ever seen in my life. The only thing that would be more embarrassing would be me having a small ... you get the idea. Anyways, enough of me typing. Opinions? Experiences? Please share.

My boyfriend has puffy nipples. To be honest at first I thought they were unusual as I've never seen such a thing, but I think any part of him is adorable. And I poke them and it feels smoooshy. :P

If a girl really likes you puffy nipples is hardly an issue, and will probably make no difference whatsoever. Just don't take your clothes off for a girl that's not actually into you. But that's just a good general rule to use all the time.

No you don't sound like a girl for being insecure about your body. Why do you think half the male population can be found in a gym? I pulled the number out of thin air, shouldn't be taken literally.
