Can you get pregnant if a guy touches your vagina after touching himself? (He washed his hands before touching me)? Should I be on birth control?

It's probably a really dumb, idiotic question to ask, but i'm just wondering. He touched himself and had pre-cum on his hands but we made sure that we both washed and dried our hands before he touched me down there. I'm just wondering is it possible? It's probably not but it just makes me worried because i'm not on birth control pills even though we aren't having penis to vagina sex. Should I get on birth control even if we aren't having full on intercourse? I dont want to have full intercourse for a while and I'm worried that if I get on birth control I'll feel like I have a safety net and will be more willing to give into sex. I know that I would definitely not have sex without birth control.

  • The odds of that getting prego from that is minuscule to nothing. I wouldn't worry about it. However, it is possible none the less. I'd be more careful in the future and if you somehow you beat all odds and do get preggers from that, I think that baby was destined to be born

  • You're fine. He washed his hands, and although it's possible for pre-cum to contain sperm, it generally doesn't. And even when it does, it's in such small amounts that the chance of pregnancy are way diminished.

  • Definitely be on birth control if you plan on being sexually active. I was on it for a while and I liked it. Lighter periods are great. Also if you guys decide to have sex, you won't get pregnant. :)

  • No, you're not pregnant. Yes, you should get on birth control.

  • The way you described this question is pretty spot on...😶

  • Don't worry about it, nothing will happen from that, you can't possibly get pregnant from that. If so, then there would be more kids and unplanned pregnancies.
