I don't know if it's because my mouth is too small... but when I was younger I would grind my teeth in my sleep a lot and now they're really sharp so maybe even just the slightest touch is painful on his penis. Presuming he's not just too large for your mouth, then practice usually makes perfect. But if size is an issue, you may be relegated to just licking or sucking on parts of it. A dentist may also be able to smooth out any exceptionally sharp points on your teeth.

Pressure with lips is good, but if his girth is so big that your teeth touch, there is nothing you can do about that. If its not his size, then you simply need more practice with keeping teeth spread and lips closed.
