What does it mean when a guy can't finish?

I have been dating a guy for about three months the first time we had sex it did not take him that long to finish but now when we have sex it takes him forever and when I ask him about it he says he has finished but how can he have finished if he still wants to keep going? I thought once a guy finishes its pretty much over after that can guys finish multiple times? I haven't had a lot of sexual partners so I really don't know we have no problems getting started but its finishing and is it possible to have a dry run? Meaning we had sex and he said he finished but it was dry whatever that means? Is it me or is he having sex with other people?

About 10 to 13% of men have difficulties reaching orgasm at times, though they have solid erections at that moment.(erections which can last long)

The woman is not at fault. No reason to suspect cheating.

Reasons mentioned for it are multiple:

-Habit of masturbation, causing less feeling in the penis (vagina walls will not exert the same 'pressure' as his hand does)

-Habit of postponing his orgasm to let the woman orgasm first or multiple times or to ejaculate outside the vagina (coitus interruptus) This habit can become a reflex blocking his orgasm. An excessive lack of egoism during sex thus.

-Lack of psychological aggressiveness towards the woman or women.

-Pharmaceutical drugs like some antidepressants, sleeping pills, beta-blocking drugs, anti-epileptic drugs.

-Illegal drugs like cannabis or worse.

This causes some men to fake an orgasm, because they are aware women don't always appreciate it if intercourse goes on indefinitely. (sometimes they will not reach orgasm at all- Like "Santa Claus who comes only once a year")

You might consider "finishing him" by masturbating him after your orgasm (or have him consult a sexologist-sex therapist)
