Most people would say that an "innie" is a vulva (the proper term, because the vagina is internal) where the inner labia are hidden inside the outer labia. Conversely, an "outie" is a vulva where the inner labia are visible from between the outer labia. Both are perfectly normal. One isn't better than the other. There's absolutely nothing gross about an "outie." I think outies are fascinating and very erotic in appearance.
I think you should change your question: Which do you prefer to look at in p*rn? And would you break up with your girlfriend if she had the other one? [My guess is that almost nobody would break up over something so silly!]

The "inner" vagina is what I find more attractive, and it think it's like that for it of guys. For some reason, "outie" vaginas have the stigma that it's "loose" or really used.

Outies are more common than Innies. Everyone has a preference but most guys, MOST guys like both and do not care either way. A guy who says outies are gross is talking out his ass. He has probably never seen one in real life.
