1. They can stimulate prostate/nerves and enhance sensations/orgasm. Or just be sexy.

2. See above. Also an orgasm while something is inside you can be exponentially bigger and better, really.

3. Usually can just wear one during sex whether that is 30 minutes or 2 hours, or just to get aroused one could wear one all day. The size/type/quality are obvious factors.

4. Most average sizes are around 1 1/2" - 2". Bigger ones can be >3" or 4", but that takes time and "training".

I used them briefly a few years ago, but not anymore. I don't like them they make me uncomfortable. But they do stimulate the p-spot so that's nice. If you're wanting to use one start small. Besides that I got nothing. Good luck.
